Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

It's only March but we're already thinking ahead to next year! The school supplies that I've requested will allow for us to start the 24-25 school year off on the right foot. While in the past my students have used shared crayons, next year I would like to give them the opportunity to be in charge of their own supplies.

The crayon boxes and crayons that I've asked for will allow students to take agency over their own materials.

We use dry erase markers everyday in our room and they dry up quick! Having a great number on hand will help ensure they last year. The glue sticks are another thing that go quick, you can never have enough glue sticks! I'm already excited for the next school year and can't wait to use these materials!
