My Project

I have been teaching for 25 years and have seen the increasing need for students to move about the classroom. It is difficult for many students to sit for a long lenght of time and continue to focus.

I would love to offer standing desks for my students.

This would allow the students who nead a break from sitting to move to the standing desk. The student could still continue to work and participate with the class since he/she would still have a desk top.

Allowing a student to stand at the desk instead of just at the back of the room or wander would decrease the distractions to the rest of the class.
