My Project

Striving to provide a comfortable and engaging learning environment is my first priority as an educator. In this class, students are engaged in learning to become better readers and writers.

Sixth grade students are motivated to become independent readers of fiction and nonfiction while learning the elements of explanatory and argumentative writing.

Throughout the year, I've discovered that the functionality of my classroom needs improved to best serve the needs of my students. A functional, organized learning environment will enhance students' transition to middle school.

Each of the items selected promote organization and independence in the classroom. These storage containers will foster students' independence with classroom supplies and create a grab and go area for students to quickly grab needed supplies and get back to classwork, as well as allow students to return borrowed supplies easily!
