Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In my classroom, I believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and one of the best ways to foster motivation is through positive reinforcement. That’s why I’m working to create a classroom prize bin filled with fun, engaging items like squishy toys, bubbles, and toy cars that students can earn for their hard work, good behavior, and academic achievement.
By introducing a reward system with prizes like sensory squishy toys, bubble sets, and toy cars, I hope to inspire my students to stay motivated, work diligently, and celebrate their successes—big or small.
These prizes will be earned for things like completing assignments on time, showing kindness to others, or making progress in their learning.
Not only will this create a positive classroom culture, but it will also foster a sense of accomplishment and pride for each student.
