Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I have a special section of my classroom that works as an extra seating area for free time as well review area. I have a love for the ocean, so I call it my learning cove and keep many nautical items over in the cove to help bring it to life for my students.

A new cabinet helps me keep materials we use for this section organized and helps my students with their classwork.

The new rug helps bring the cove area together as an inviting place to learn and compliments my sea theme perfectly.
