My Project

It's me again! We are in the home stretch and have one final project. My students have conducted research on the best fruit and vegetables to plant in Maryland for our Language of Science class. We have prepared for this project by learning about photosynthesis and the life cycle of plants and how this process helps to convert the sun's energy into oxygen.

Our lessons helped them to gain perspective on how the process of growing plants is important to the sustainability of our environment.

Without the power of the sun, we have no food, and without plants and oxygen we cannot survive. Now they are ready to get their hands dirty and start planting. They are also excited about documenting their progress.

In order to proceed we are in need of seeds, soil, pots, and even a greenhouse! Help my multilingual learners to make this project a success by making a donation today!
