This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
Spring is upon us, and the different colored flowers are ready to bloom and blossom. The children will use the tie dye paints and t-shirts to create beautiful vibrant spring-colored t-shirts. Each child will create their own keepsake t-shirt to wear whenever they choose while also learning the many different colors along with creating other colors.

This project will allow our children to explore and create with different colors. This activity will be allow the children to learn about color theory and mixing, and develop fine motor skills, patience, and dexterity. It can also help them learn about their pattern, symmetry, and mindfulness.
This activity will also be perfect for our weekly "WEAR TYE DYE Day" we celebrate here at our center. This will allow our students to feel extra special having their very own Tye Dye to wear!
