This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am constantly teaching my students the importance of respecting each others differences and have a zero bullying classroom policy. As educators we must ensure students can understand the meaning of bullying so they can speak and stand against it. This project is a fun and impactful way to speak out against bullying. We will discuss the different forms of bullying such as physical, verbal, and cyberbullying and design shirts, bottles, and other items with antibullying slogans that will help spread the word against bullying.

Together, we can stop bullying and create a safer, more inclusive world for everyone.

The sublimation ink and paper will allow students the opportunity to create custom designs that will be given out in the community to help spread awareness on bullying. The materials for the project can be reused for multiple projects. The students will have the chance to be creative while promoting antibullying.
