Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want to give our students new ways of learning physical activities. We have a lot of older and broken items in our gym. I would love to give them a change when it comes to playing games and learning sports. We could use the soccer nets at our school for the younger grades to learn the sport of soccer before we get on the real field. Indoor outdoor game activities will give our students a new way of learning fitness. Fitness is an important lesson for me as a teacher so the rung agility ladder will show a fun way of physical activity. Our school is working on team building, these items will be very helpful for them to learn the best practices for teams. I believe working as a team is very important in our everyday lives and for our students to learn these skills in PE, will only benefit them in life.
