This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our K–5 students at our school need more opportunities to be active and have fun during recess. Soccer goals and balls will give them a chance to run, play, and build teamwork, coordination, and confidence.

Our goal is to give our students a recess they look forward to every day.

We want them to play together, make friends, share, and learn to encourage each other.

Our students are special because they bring so much energy, personality, and joy to our school. They work hard and deserve a fun place to simply be kids.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
