Help me give my students speed cube timers and tournament displays to help them improve their Rubik's cube skills and prepare them to enter a school Rubik's cube tournament.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am so excited about this project! I am hoping to enhance the Rubik's cube solving skills of my G.A.T.E. students and the students in my Rubik's cube club by integrating speed timers into their practice sessions. At the end of the year, I want to give my students the opportunity to participate in a Rubik's cube tournament, fostering their problem-solving abilities, goal setting, task commitment, hand-eye coordination, and competitive spirit. With these speed cube timers I know my students will work hard to reach the goals they set for themselves and build tenacity.
By donating to this project, you will help introduce my students to the use of speed timers, to help prepare them for a school Rubik's cube tournament, and even inspire confidence to enter a local Rubik's cube competition.
I can't wait to show these to them and guide them into this amazing experience and opportunity.
