My Project

Hello,

I am seeking materials for my speech language therapy students (K-8).

I serve students with varying needs and it is important to have the necessary materials to best support them. The phones provide immediate auditory feedback for their target speech sound productions to aid in self-correction. The games (mr.potato, silly faces, pirate pop) are used during generalization, play-based language activities, as well as turn-taking and pragmatic/social skills. After each session, my students complete a check-out activity based on their goal(s). They look forward to their daily "silly smelly stickers" as a reward for a job well done.

Engagement is key to build buy-in with student and assist in generalization of skills! I have students with varying sensory needs, thus it is beneficial to have varying sensory materials (sand/slime, fidgets, etc.) to aid in supporting their sensory differences so we can focus on communication. All materials provided go directly to my students to facilitate their communication needs!
