Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Here are some items and their purpose in our classroom:

1.

Headphones: Having headphones for our classroom will avoid losing and / or the misplacing of headphones from other classrooms. Our SPED students require texts to be read aloud.

2. Reading strips: Assist students who have dyslexia and /or difficulty with concentrating.

3. Clipboards: Some students prefer to work in a wobble chair or on the rug. Having a clipboard provides stability when writing.

4. Double-sided whiteboards help keep pairs engaged and their answers separate until it's time to share.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
