My Project

The carpet is a universal sign for community and togetherness in the classroom. It is where students gather to learn, collaborate, and communicate. Many skills are learned and fun times are had on the carpet. My students love playing learning games, doing IReady, and story time on the carper.

We still have a 15 year old dirty stained plain old carpet as our gathering place.

I have tried my best to do what I can with the carpet that we currently have, but in true school fashion it has extreme wear and tear. A new carpet will brighten our room and replace the old carpet as one of our new gathering spots for learning.
