Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach in a bilingual dual 2way program. This is a very exciting program because all my students are in the process of learning a new language. My students are a mixture of children who can speak English and ones who can speak Spanish, and they are all learning each other’s language. This combination provides them with a great opportunity to get to know, not only each others language, but also their culture.

My student love learning, hands-on-activities, being active, engaging projects and music.

They are always very curious and excited to learn new thing.

They had their last day of school before spring break and are currently learning from home.

My Project

COVIS-19 has turnes our students lives upside down, schools had to be closes so abruptly that we didn't even get a chance to say goodby to our students. Our building houses all the EC classes, their first grade graduation is a huge milestone for them. They are graduating to the "big kids school". Due to the present circumstances they will no be able to have a proper graduation.

I would like to make a special personalized gift for them to make the end of the EC school years.

When we get back to school, the Circuit will be used to create grade level projects, classroom materials, field trip shirts, end of the year and so much more.
