My Project

All of my students are excited to learn welding and gain hands-on skills they can carry into future careers. Currently, we are limited in what we can do because we lack sufficient safety gear. Without essential items like welding helmets and gloves, only a few students can safely participate at a time, which slows down learning and limits opportunities for growth.

With additional helmets and gloves, every student will have the opportunity to be actively involved in class simultaneously.

This will enable them to build confidence as they master the fundamentals of welding and develop the skills necessary to succeed in technical fields. Safety gear will also reduce stress and distractions, allowing students to focus on the craft rather than worrying about injury or discomfort.

These helmets and gloves will play a vital role in our welding program. They’ll not only protect our students but also create a more inclusive and efficient learning environment. As our students progress, they’ll be able to work independently and as part of a team, preparing for competitions, real-world projects, and future careers in the skilled trades.
