My Students

I will be teaching 23 amazing first graders. Please help make their classroom as engaging as possible. I look forward to making a difference in each of my student’s academic careers. Please assist me in creating a successful learning environment!

My students live in a rural area and attend a Title I school.

Students have the opportunity to receive a range of services, because of the demographics. Please be someone who makes a difference in my students’ 2019-2020 school year.

My Project

The wobble stools will allow my students to use flexible seating this school year. Research shows that flexible seating encourages with a variety of seating options. Research shows that “when students are uncomfortable, they are distracted and unproductive. Flexible seating allows students to find comfortable positions throughout the classroom. Comfortable students are calm, focused, and productive”. The bookshelf will contribute to classroom organization. Students deserve to have a safe and clean learning environment. The tape and markers will allow me to make more engaging lessons for my students. Students who are engaged in learning are more proficient at demonstrating their knowledge.
