This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Books in Spanish hold the power to transform and empower our Spanish-speaking community. They serve as a vital resource for language preservation, allowing individuals to maintain and enhance their native language skills. They offer windows into diverse cultures, fostering a sense of identity and belonging. These books were special, chosen for beginning readers and reading aloud. Included are a couple of stools so they can join in at the flexible seating reading table.

Through literature, Spanish-speaking individuals can expand their horizons, boost cognitive skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the world.

Books in Spanish play a pivotal role in enriching lives, promoting inclusivity, and strengthening cultural ties within the community.
