My Students

Our community is a wonderful place to live with many different cultures. My students come from all different backgrounds, and learn at very different paces. Some students are well above grade level, and some students are well below grade level. With the use of center activities, students can learn more at their own pace.

These items make my room very diverse and a great atmosphere to learn.

We are advancing in technology everyday, but some students need access to a great board game to spark interest. Every child needs to learn their own way.

My Project

With a small classroom, it is near impossible to have space to work in groups. Having a desk and chair combination will make that space available again. These combos will be easily moved to do small group instruction, as well as easily moved to avoid distraction in the classroom.

I have 30-35 kids in my class on a regular basis, and with the current large desks we have it is near impossible to even move around.

Receiving these desk/chair combos we would save half the space currently being used! Students would be able to move them in seconds in order to get in small groups, space out for testing, and move away from distractions.
