Sowing Seeds

Help me give my students flower and vegetable seeds, potting soil, flower pots, and seed starters to grow our own gardens.

My Project

My students are hard workers. They are also loving and kind. They love a good challenge and to see how things work and grow. I love to see them at work trying to problem solve and figure things out.

Sowing Seeds will enable them to grow something on their own.

They will get to choose a flower and a vegetable to grow from a seed. We will have a lesson on all the things that they need to grow before we plant them. We will monitor their growth and measure the plants to extend our science lesson into math as well.

Once their seeds have grown enough, they will carry them home to continue the growth process.
