My third-grade class is a place of reading, writing, exploring, and learning. Our school serves many military students and my students spend this year learning the foundation of reading to learn new information and apply it to all subjects. Students are constantly learning through different technology resources.

My Project
After attending a professional development workshop, I have learned that music is a BIG part of learning and keeps the brain engaged as well. With this project, I would like to use the soundbar in the classroom to connect our music in the classroom in order for kids to hear it well. With the Spotify music player, it will allow me to have different playlists available when there may not be internet and to keep from using my personal phone as well. There will be music of all sorts on this. Some will be classical work music whereas other times there will be positive upbeat music! This will be a great way to activate the brain and continue learning.
