Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Help my students learn about plants and animals in our environment. Students playing outside often don't know the dangers of touching or playing with poisonous plants and bugs. This project will help us identify plants and animals they should stay away from and learn ways to administer first aid in the event of a bite or sting. The animal books range from learning to identify different animals to spotting when an animal is defensive. The plants books range from identifying the parts of a plant, to plants that should be avoided. The Bluetooth speaker is for listening to animal sounds in nature. The headphones are for when students want to work and listen to iPad and computer activities about the environment on their own. The bookshelves are to store and display the our new library of animal and plant books. Thank you for your support.
