The students in our classes are creative and ready to explore all areas of the curriculum through whole group lessons.
Our students come from many different backgrounds.
Many of our families are military because of our convenient commute to several military installations.
We are also one of the fastest-growing schools in our county, with classrooms expanding at a rapid rate. With this rapid rate of growth, the number of students in each class makes it necessary for a variety of ways to reach a large number of children at a time.
My Project
"Someone's been sitting at our table, and broke it," was the cry heard from the classroom when students returned from summer vacation.
Unfortunately, our horseshoe table suffered like the furniture in "Goldilocks and the Three Bears." One of the table legs has become detached from the table and cannot be reattached.
The furniture in our school is roughly 25 years old and is not being replaced at this time.
With a donation to this project, you will help provide a safer working environment for our class. We will be able to share ideas and collaborate with each other during small group instruction better by using the horseshoe table.
