This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting an assortment of items that may seem random to you. They are all things we use consistently throughout the school year. I am able to accomplish so much with my students because we have pencils, paper, and other basics. In the past we wasted a lot of time scrounging up these materials. One unique item I am requesting is a headphone jack that allows two sets of headphones. My students are refugees and immigrants who are learning English. One of our activities is recording our own speaking and reviewing it. The double jack allows the student and myself to hear the recording without disrupting the entire class.
