Solving Problems With Ten Frames

Help me give my students magnetic ten frames to give them a concrete way to help them solve their math problems!

My Project

My students are really struggling with solving math problems! These magnetic ten frames will hopefully help them.

Giving the students a concrete way to move things within the ten frames with different colors will aid them in solving these problems and see it in action.

I love that we can all create the problem on the ten frames at the carpet as a class. The students will also be able to write the number sentence below. These paddles are amazing because they are double sided. The kids who need problems to 10 can use one side and the kids that can handle numbers to 20 can use the other.

Having magnetic boards will help with passing out because all the pieces will be stuck on the paddle and I will just need to pass it out to the students and all piece have a place to live!
