This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach an amazing group of middle and high school students who thrive on engaging, hands-on activities. They are curious, sharp, and love working together to solve challenges. To build their literacy, critical thinking, and teamwork skills, I’m bringing the excitement of murder mystery case file games into our classroom.
These interactive games will allow my students to step into the shoes of detectives, examining clues, reading witness statements, piecing together timelines, and solving complex cases.
These activities don’t just make learning fun, they promote inference skills, logical reasoning, collaboration, and reading comprehension.
Whether they're uncovering what happened in a high-altitude mystery or piecing together evidence from a suspicious kitchen crime scene, my students will be deeply engaged while practicing real-world thinking skills.
With your support, we’ll transform our classroom into a CSI lab where learning comes alive!
