My Project

My classroom was fortunate to have most of a hydroponic system donated to us for a class project for next school year. We've done some small hydroponic experiments and my class has expressed from time to time an interest in growing their own food. I am also fortunate that 2/3 of my class will continue to be with me next school year.

The goal is to put together and run a hydroponic system without having a nearby electrical outlet.

This will also teach students how build a self-sustained system and work within our limits of placement of the system at school. To do so I am looking for a solar panel kit and a battery for the system.
