Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students require practice to identify and match emotions. Our students may not have the means to communicate how they are thinking or feeling, so we will practice appropriate ways of expressing a variety of feelings and emotions in a safe learning environment.

Kinder and first grade students will be able to independently (or in a small group) practice utilizing social emotional skills learned in the classroom.

These activities will keep students engaged while practicing valuable life skills.

Our students will really enjoy identifying, matching and making connections with the help of these social emotional station activities.
