My Students

My 5th-grade class is awesome and curious. Not only is there a wide mix of personalities in my class, but all the students also have very different learning needs and interests. Sometimes I feel like it is hard to reach each of my individual students. That is why I try to meet the interests of each personality whenever possible. When my students have time to learn and pursue their interests, learning skyrockets!

I want to provide "a-ha" moments for my students that draw them to learning.

Learning allows students to travel, relax, and experience amazing things. I want to provide different learning experiences to help students so that they can find a world of their own through their education.

My Project

These items will help my students with their social skills in all different ways. The Norwood chairs will be used in our small group instruction so students will be able to practice their social skills together in small groups. The Apple Pencil will allow students to use our iPad to draw and escape helping their mental wellness and emotions.

A Qball Microphone will help our students participate and practice their social skills.

Being able to throw something around the classroom always gets students intrigued to participate. This will get those shy students out practicing some social skills by wanting to participate in throwing the Qball Microphone. Lastly, the Magic Keyboard will give our iPad a stand that students can sit around and collaborate with. Our students will be able to practice more of their social skills by having the iPad out of their hands and being able to work together.
