My Project

Thank you for clicking on my social skills project! An important part of receptive and expressive language development includes the ability to comprehend and utilize social skills in different contexts.

Social skills are important for emotional recognition, problem-solving, friendship skills, perspective taking, conversation skills, and theory of mind.

Many students who require speech and language therapy benefit from additional interventions with social skills. This project will help my students identify emotions in themselves and others, discuss their feelings on different topics, and build connections with peers. These games and Sequencing Cards will help my students continue their journey towards mindfulness!
