My Project

Through this comprehensive training, I will become equipped and empowered to teach inclusive and trauma-informed yoga classes to adults and young people, as well as design and facilitate wellness and social-emotional learning workshops and professional development programs for schools, districts, and organizations. Upon completing this training, I will receive the Breathe For Change Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator (SEL*F) Certification and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification (CYT 200).

This curriculum integrates wellness, yoga, and social-emotional learning practices into a transformational curricular progression designed specifically for students to help them thrive in the world.
