Help me give my students social emotional items such as books, flexible seating, and most important calming STEM activities. Reading manipulative's to enhance phonemic awareness during one on one learning.

My Students

"The emotional well-being of young children is directly tied to the emotional functioning of their caregivers and the families in which they live." National Scientific Council on the Developing Child. (2008). My students are very creative and focused on engaging learning activities. They come to school ready to interact with peers and enjoy meaningful hands-on activities.

My Project

Over the last two years, my students have had to endure the changes that have occurred from transitioning from "brick and mortar" schooling to "at home" learning. By funding my project, my students will receive various items that will support their mental health and growth in managing their stress levels.

They will receive flexible seating which allows them more control over the learning environment in the classroom.

They will also receive fidgets that will increase their social skills during our brain breaks.

Each of these items will support Social Emotional Learning.
