Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Providing a hands-on learning experience is vital in all classrooms prek-12.

These tools will not only provide my students with a hands-on learning experience, but they will help my students become aware of the environment and area climate.

My goals for this project is to input science more into their everyday learning and teach my students to be aware of not only the environment around them, but their own bodies as well.

What makes my students special is their ability to find interest in all things, as of now my students enjoy gazing through binoculars and the view masters to look at different animals and plants. While these tools are great, there is not nearly enough for each child in my class to view and with the items from this donation ill be able to introduce new toys and tools surrounding science.
