My Students

My third-grade students are eager, engaged and excited. I try my best to make their experience at school a meaningful one. They know that in my room we have fun, we laugh and we are safe. We are comfortable and are ready to learn.

In order to make my room different than other classrooms they have been in before, I like to give them choices.

They can choose when to have a ​snack, what to work on first, and most importantly; where to sit so that they can be as focused as they need to be.

My Project

My littles are all very unique and special in their own ways! They all learn differently as well. Having more seating options in my classroom will allow them to feel comfortable as they learn.

As of now, I have spent my own money purchasing stools, high-top tables, pillows, and bean bags for my room.

The students absolutely love having so many choices to sit in the classroom. They learn to take turns, they respect the items and they look forward to using them every day.

This donation will not only get them excited to come to school every day​, but it will allow them to be more focused when they feel comfortable while working.
