My students live in a small, close-knit community with a diverse population. Our community is made up of families who come from a variety of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. There are a number of multi-generation families, as well as military families where one or both parents are active duty and may face deployment.
Despite their varied backgrounds, the students in our classroom are extremely dedicated to their learning and come to school each day eager to learn as much as possible!
In our classroom, students absolutely love spending time in our classroom library! As developing readers, students have a voracious appetite for reading and are always anxious to get their hands on a new and exciting book. However, due to lack of shelving and worn out book baskets, it can often be difficult for students to browse through our collection in order to make their selections.
By adding a cube organizer and clear storage containers, students will easily be able to discover new books right at their fingertips!
The cube organizer is the perfect height for little learners and enables our classroom library books to be more accessible to students throughout the school day. The clear storage bins will allow us to organize our books into a variety of categories, making it easier for students to find exactly what they are looking for!
