My Project

Students love a classroom library where they can snuggle up and read some of their favorite books. This year those books in my classroom were graphic novels. My request for graphic novels and comfortable seating for my classroom library would increase student's interest in reading. One of my favorite things as a teacher is seeing a child read and not wanting to put the book down. This is what graphic novels are doing to my students, building a love for books. Along with graphic novels, having a comfortable place to sit always makes reading more enjoyable. Combining the two requests together will put a smile on their faces and an excitement for reading.
