I have an amazing group of third graders who always give their best effort. They love to learn, and they especially like using technology. We have a monkey-themed classroom, and we believe learning should ALWAYS be fun. I have the great opportunity to teach a large range of abilities and personalities. We believe that we are a family and everyone has a place and purpose.
We live in a small, tight-knit community in Iowa.

My Project
My student love to learn by doing. I would love to create stations where the students can explore by hands on learning opportunities. This project would allow the students to explore electricity, coding, and other STEM activities. It would make it possible for the students to have enough materials to work in a small group together to build and explore. This would not only help their science and math learning, it would also help them learn to work together to reach a common goal. Please help me provide these opportunities for my students that they otherwise wouldn't have.
