Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I strive to create a welcoming learning environment for all students in this reading intervention program. Many of our students need more than the typical school-provided snacks to stay motivated so they can focus on learning. Often, our young students are tired and hungry, impacting their ability to concentrate and engage in rigorous learning activities. By offering our students a variety of healthy snacks during after-school extended learning, we ensure that all of our students will be fueled and ready to focus and engage in extended learning.

Your support in providing a variety of snacks will directly impact 60 students at our school.

Your kind donation will not only prevent fatigue and hunger, students will enjoy their snacks, which enable them to focus and learn, reaching their full potential.
