My Project

Our school accepts those that are identified as academically high risk and we provide school readiness activities for 4- and 5-year-old children, in a half day setting. My students have special needs and work to acquire skills that will make them successful. Our program gives them a head start to develop academic and social skill for the coming years. Our students are not all able to bring snacks from home and students come hungry to school. I have students that come into the classroom and the first thing they say is, they are hungry, so we are requesting snacks.
