This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students work after school every Tuesday, as young mentors and advocates by creating positive school culture posters, videos, flyers and much more. I provide my students with incentives such as snacks, this helps them know that they are appreciated for all they do for our school.

Snacks will be a huge support for my students as they are in school all day and continue to stay after school to work as Young Mentors and Advocates.

The program after school helps all students with leadership skills, skills with office work, communication, and many more. It helps our students have positive relationships with their peers.
