This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many of the kids that come to my office say they don't feel well and often the reason is they are hungry and thirsty.

Having snacks available for students is important.

Some students just need a little something to help them stay in school and not go home for an upset stomach or even a headache.

Some students just need a little extra in between breakfast and lunch or even something before going home. I always try to keep something on hand for just these types of moments so no kid has to be hungry.
