My Project

My amazing students are special because they come from a variety of very diverse backgrounds, and they have a large need for learning age-appropriate financial literacy. Our students have a very high poverty rate so learning about financial literacy and purchasing things with earned money helps them learn about how the real world works and this is my goal. My students have the opportunity to earn snacks through our buck program. Help us learn financial literacy with our Buck program.

Students will earn Bucks by doing good deeds and meeting school expectations, and as they earn and save their Bucks they can then "cash them in" for a variety of snacks, treats, and other rewards.

Crackers, chips, fruit snacks, and other fun treats are a huge incentive for my students to work towards helping them learn all about financial literacy and they can earn their treats at the same time.
