Help me give my students a variety of snacks and drinks, to stop hunger from happening during and after the school day. These will be used for school and home use.

I have the pleasure of teaching 25 clever kindergarteners. Unfortunately, most of my students come from high-poverty, low socioeconomic communities. Ninety-nine percent of my students qualify for free breakfast and lunch. Despite these circumstances, my children are full of spirit and have positive attitudes about learning. They all work extremely hard and are willing to learn new skills on a daily basis. They absolutely love coming to school.
Some of our families have limited resources but are very proud of our school and rely on it to be a strong foundation, not only in education but in their children's daily lives, which is why I enjoy helping these bright young minds grow and develop.
I love being a kindergarten teacher and working with my students in my classroom. I try to make learning as fun as possible, but we do not always have the supplies and materials that we need to succeed.
As a teacher, I enjoy helping my students in any way I can, which includes helping to provide supplies and food as needed. This project is inspired by my students who come in late and miss breakfast. When this happens, it might be hours before they have a chance to eat at lunch. As they anxiously await for lunch, the students' attention isn't completely focused on the work and tasks given to them.
My goal is to have healthy, nutritional snacks available for them at this time.
Additionally, I also want to start sending some food home with students as needed, to help in any way I can. I am asking for snacks and drinks for my students, for both during and after school hours. The students are hungry to learn, and would benefit from the nutritional snacks to keep them full, and focused on their school work.
