Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love working with my students as they are all unique individuals. My students all have emotional disabilities as well as learning disabilities that can make it difficult for them to learn. They range in age from 5 years old to 14 years old and grades Kindergarten through 8th.

Sometimes they come to school hungry and it is very hard to concentrate when your stomach is growling.

These snacks and drinks will help them to ease their hunger so that they will be able to be successful at learning.

I need help making sure that my students have what they need, even if that means a snack and drink.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
