Fourth grade is always an adventure! We never know where our learning will take us. In our room, we're always looking for ways to meet the learning styles of kinesthetic, visual, audio, and logical learning. By the end of the school year, I want my students to see the value of learning something new and embrace the love of lifelong learning.
Our class is made up of 24 kind​, creative students who are eager to learn new material.
This year, my students have really worked towards persevering through difficult tasks. This is our favorite quote: "Be like a postage stamp, stick to something until you get there!" - Josh Billings.
My Project
This project is for a variety of snacks. I have included many different items including fruit snacks, pretzels, and crackers. My students are in our school every day Monday through Friday. Our school day starts with a 90-minute reading block, followed by a 90-minute math block. My students are often hungry around 9:45 and they do not have lunch until 11:20.
These snacks will help my students say focused on their math and reading tasks and hush the rumbling in their stomachs.
A quick snack in the morning will provide my students with the energy they need to make it to lunch.
