My Project

When students have tummies that are rumbling, it makes the struggle to learn very real. Learning is not limited to academics, though. Hunger impacts problem-solving skills and emotional regulation, as well.

It is commonly stated: We must Maslow before we can Bloom.

This means we must meet students' most basic needs before we can access academic learning skills.

Your generous donation will help feed hungry children in our school who, otherwise, do not have access to a nutritious snack. These snacks will help sustain students throughout the afternoon, so they can focus on learning and maximize positive academic and social outcomes.
