Help me give my students snacks for incentives and rewards. They need immediate gratification in order to maintain positive behavior and attendance.

My Project

Snacks and rewards will help to reward our students instantly if they have good behavior and good attendance. We are hoping that instant gratification will help with modifying their behavior instantly and hoping to reduce the incidents of behavior as well as help reduce the amount of chronic absences we have.

Our hope is to make sure the kids attend and follow directions on a daily basis so that they can receive their education and be able to modify their behavior to return to their home schools with a positive attitude and outlook on their education.

Our students are mostly from poverty stricken areas as well as have trauma issues. 30% of our students are special education students and the other students we have, have been either expelled or kicked out of their home schools due to behavior issues.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
