My Project
My students are awesome! The treats I am requesting will be used to give tired kids a little motivation and a treat to get them through the long afternoon of learning they have each day. Many of our students arrive before eight in the morning and stay for the after-school program. This is a long day. On top of that, their lunches start around eleven o'clock so the afternoon can be rough to get through! They also sometimes need a fidget to get through the long cold afternoon when we are not able to get outside.
A treat can really make a student feel special and give them a bit of a recharge, and the fidgets help them stay focused during a long school day.
