This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our 6th graders are an energetic, curious, and hard-working group of students who bring enthusiasm to the classroom every day. They are at a unique age where they are growing rapidly both academically and physically, and we love watching them explore new ideas, ask thoughtful questions, and support one another as a learning community.

To help them stay focused and energized, we are requesting a variety of snacks to use throughout the school day.

Research and experience show that when students are well-nourished, they are better able to concentrate, retain information, and stay engaged during lessons. A quick, healthy snack can make the difference between a distracted student and one who is ready to learn.

By helping us keep our classroom stocked with nutritious and satisfying snacks, you are fueling young minds and supporting their academic success, emotional well-being, and overall growth. Every bite counts when it comes to learning.
