My Project

Imagine sitting from 7:15am until 2pm for a single test. That's the time frame my students have to take their end of course state Biology test.

For these Title I students, having a loaded snack pack helps focus and motivate them to succeed on their lengthy high stakes test.

This test counts 30% of their overall grade. For some, it will determine if they fail or pass the course. Without some sort of energy boost, they tend to lose focus, get hungry, or discouraged. I want to make sure they can make it through the gruesome hours they must test. Giving them a snack pack filled with salty and sweet snacks takes the edge off of the long hours they must sit and test. I am asking for enough Gold Fish, Rice Krispies treats, Jolly Ranchers, and mints for each one of my students. Please consider helping me to provide for them on this very important day!
